Bootcamp by Better Bodies is owned by Toni Finan, an unnecessarily energetic English fitness professional who absolutely adores group exercise.
Toni has been teaching group exercise classes for more than 20 years and has been teaching bootcamp since June 2007. She is also a fully qualified personal trainer.
She brings infectious energy, varied exercise plans, a spirit of camaraderie and relentless encouragement to class.

I love Bootcamp with Toni, where no workout is ever the same. She does a great job of mixing cardio and strength building in circuits and timed rounds which is great for people at different fitness levels. This is my 7th year with Toni. I keep coming back because I love starting my day spending time outside with a fun workout, a really supportive group of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and occasionally a gorgeous morning sky!! I would highly recommend Boot Camp to anyone, regardless of their fitness level. Toni also does a wonderful job of building camaraderie and getting us all together through socials and fun times together with our partners too. After Bootcamp

I'm Alba, I'm 31 and I had been training on my own for many years but not consistently. Working out and dropping out and starting all over again. I found Toni 2 years ago and her bubbly personality and her wide range of exercises got me accountable and I rarely missed a workout. She keeps my body guessing and I feel the burn every time. I started with 2 sessions per week and now I'm doing 4. With a little diet my body started changing.
