20/20/20
Whatever your age or fitness level there are many classes out there that do not seem right for you, you don’t want to be doing the type of class a 30 something is doing, either you are injured or your body feels too tired, that’s why we created the 20/20/20 class. This class will start with a 20 minute brisk walk set in the Beautiful Botanic gardens, followed by 20 minutes of toning for the arms legs and stomach finishing with a lovely 20 minute stretch.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT ?
- A stronger core and less troublesome lower back.
- A noticeable positive change in body shape
- Greater functional strength in life and sport.
- Increase in lean muscle mass (think athlete!)
- Increase in muscular endurance, coordination, speed and agility.
