Of course not, that’s what you are coming for, to get fit. Boot Camp is designed in such a way that it caters for all levels of fitness.

The two most obvious results of Boot Camp are ‘Fat Loss’ and ‘increased cardio-vascular fitness’. Other benefits of this training regime are, increased muscle tone, improved muscular strength & endurance, agility, and also improved self esteem & confidence.

The Boot Camp program is a 6-week program, whereby you get 12 sessions to use within 6 weeks, if you are unable to attend the morning session you may switch to evening to do the makeup. If by the end of the 6 weeks you have not used all of your sessions you are not permitted to carry these over to the next 6 weeks. We do however run a token system and these are valid for 6 months.

You will need to wear comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full bottle of water and a small towel.

Boot Camp is usually held in a variety of outdoor venues from the lush green park settings at Botanical Gardens to the track and field at University of Singapore (NUS) on Bukit Timah Road.
