Do I need to be fit to do Boot Camp?
Of course not, that's what you are coming for, to get fit. Boot Camp is designed in such a way that it caters for all levels of fitness.
What sort of results will I get?
The two most obvious results of Boot Camp are 'Fat Loss' and 'increased cardio-vascular fitness'. Other benefits of this training regime are, increased muscle tone, improved muscular strength & endurance, agility, and also improved self esteem & confidence.
If I miss a session can I make it up?
The Boot Camp program is a 6-week program, whereby you get 12 sessions to use within 6 weeks, if you are unable to attend the morning session you may switch to evening to do the makeup. If by the end of the 6 weeks you have not used all of your sessions you are not permitted to carry these over to the next 6 weeks. We do however run a token system and these are valid for 6 months.
What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?
You will need to wear comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full bottle of water and a small towel.
Where is Boot Camp held?
Boot Camp is usually held in a variety of outdoor venues from the lush green park settings at Botanical Gardens to the track and field at University of Singapore (NUS) on Bukit Timah Road.
Are there lockers and showers available?
Yes there are limited lockers and showers, the showers however, are very basic.
If I choose not to continue with Boot Camp will I get a refund?
Once boot camp has commenced there are no refunds.
